Analysis: Things are getting extremely interesting for this horse! After Nyquist romped in the Florida Derby I immediately thought of Swipe and the fact he remains the only horse that has been close to beating Nyquist. Right now Swipe is scheduled to return in the Lexington Stakes on April 16th. The good news is the Lexington is a Kentucky Derby prep race…the bad news is the winner only gets 10 points. If he can win he’ll be right on the Kentucky Derby bubble. He’s going to be cutting it desperately close.
