Analysis: I already know that I’ll take some criticism for putting a Todd Pletcher maiden winner this high based on the prior record of these types, but I can’t get over the talent he has displayed.  I was even more excited when the second place finisher of his maiden romp, Lookin for Eight, came back to dominate a maiden special weight on Pegasus day at Gulfstream Park.  Battalion Runner is entered in an allowance race this Friday at Gulfstream Park.
