Analysis: Two very solid efforts in a row land this horse in the rankings.  Nothing wrong with how he’s running…just hasn’t been able to get past International Star.  To be fair, this time International Star got a dream trip in the Risen Star which may have won him the race.  Right now War Story just needs to keep progressing and he’ll be just fine.
