Analysis: It has been an up and down career so far for Noted and Quoted, but when going two turns for the first time she looked like a different horse when winning the Grade 1 Chandelier.  That race was loaded with talent, so the win goes a long ways to me as we analyze the other competition from this crop.  Baffert looks like he has another good juvenile horse that can win at the Breeders’ Cup.
