Analysis: The soft turf at Belmont Park really hurt him in the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic.  I won’t hold that loss against him because the main reason they brought him to the United States was to run him on a firm turf course all year.  He’ll rebound at Santa Anita where the turf will surely be firm.
