Ikerrin Road Claims Victory in G3 Bold Venture

TORONTO, ON – Alpine Stable’s Ikerrin Road became a graded stakes winner for the first time, capturing Saturday’s Grade 3, $125,000 Bold Venture at Woodbine Race Track.

Stalking the pace from the rail under David Moran, Ikerrin Road began to make his move on the far turn, angling out in the stretch before driving clear to the wire. The 4-year-old son of Iffraaj completed the 6 1/2-furlong race in a final time of 1:15.40 over the synthetic surface.
