Clairiere Starts, Ends On Top In Kentucky Oaks Future Wager Pool

LOUISVILLE, KY – Recent Rachel Alexandra Stakes (G2) champion Clairiere ended last weekend’s Kentucky Oaks Future Wager (KOFW) Pool the same way she started it – as the favorite.

The lone KOFW Pool ran concurrently with Pool 4 of the Kentucky Derby (G1) Future Wager.

The KOFW features $2 Win and Exacta wagering on possible entrants in the Kentucky Oaks (G1), America’s premiere race for 3-year-old fillies. The 2021 edition is scheduled for Friday, April 30.

There are no refunds in the KOFW. Should Churchill Downs officials determine during the duration of this week’s three-day pool that one of the wagering interests has experienced an injury, illness or other circumstance that would prevent the horse from participating in the Kentucky Oaks, betting on the individual horse will be suspended immediately.
