Free MLB American League Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 6/8/22

We had a decent night of wagering with the American League games. This will give us some confidence going into a full late of games for today. I picked the Angels figuring they were due for a win after losing 12 in a row. Unfortunately, they continue to lose each day and last night Boston beat them 6-5 in 10 innings. There are 8 games on the schedule today and let’s see if we can keep it going.

We went 1-1 with our Best Bets as the Astros beat Seattle, but the Cubbies couldn’t win against Baltimore. 7-4. That leaves our overall record at 1-2 after two days of wagering on the American League games.

We had a promising night betting the MoneyLIne as we went 6-3 raising our overall record to 7-4 after two nights.

Los Angeles Dodgers at Chicago White Sox: The Dodgers come into this one after getting shut-out last night against the Sox. They are in a mini slump and have now lost six of their last eight games. Tonight, they are looking to bounce back behind the right arm of Tony Gonsolin. He has a record of 6-0 with a 1.59 ERA. His last start was outstanding as he threw six scoreless innings against the Mets in a 2-0 LA win. The White Sox will counter with Johnny Cueto who hasn’t been bad in his four starts, but isn’t in Gonsolin’s class. The Dodgers’ bats have been silent and they are due to have a big night. St.Louis Cardinals at Tampa Bay Rays: The Cardinals are playing excellent baseball despite losing the first game of this series last night 4-2 in extra innings. But, they are caught a little short tonight on the pitching matchup in Tampa. Packy Naughton will get the start and he has thrown only 11 innings all year long. He can’t possibly be expected to go too many innings, so they will have to get a lot of mileage out of their bullpen. The Rays will counter with Corey Kluber who has been consistent in his 10 starts despite being only 2-2. His ERA is good and he is coming off a quality start in his last outing.
