Game 3 tips off tonight in Boston between the Warriors and the Celtics. The two teams split the first two games out West and this is a huge game in setting the tone for the rest of the series. Golden State has to win a game in Boston to gain back the home court advantage that they lost in the Game 1 loss. This should be a close down-to-the-wire type of game.

We cashed our Best Bet as we took the Warriors to bounce back and cover the 4-pt. spread which they easily did. Our Best Bet of the Day record now stands at 103-58 in 2022.

*PAPA DUDES BEST BET OF THE DAY* Golden State at Boston (-3.5): The series moves to Boston tonight in an important Game 3. The Celtics were able to gain a split in San Francisco and were the first team to win a game on the Warrior’s home floor in the playoffs this year. They used a perfect 4th quarter in Game 1, outscoring Golden State 40-16 to get the win. In Game 2, they were held to 37% shooting from the field and Al Horford came back to earth managing only 2 points after lighting if up for 26 in Game 1. Boston has limited the Warriors to 44.5% shooting from the perimeter and they have done a commendable job on defense. The key for them is on the offensive end where Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown need some help scoring from some of the supporting cast. Meanwhile, Golden State managed to win a game despite not having a hot shooting night. They have been merely average shooting the basketball and they are due for one of those on-fire games they are famous for. Their stars have been ok, but not exceptional. Klay Thompson is due for a big night as well as Jordan Poole. I’m a little surprised that Boston is favored but I can see some reasons why. They are at home and the Garden will be loud and raucous. However, Golden State let Game 1 get away and dominated Game 2. I’m sticking with them and taking the Warriors and the points. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Golden State +3.5
