Free NBA Western Conference Playoffs Picks, Best Bets, and Parlays for 4/23/22

Last night was a tough night for us and our NBA wagers. At least the Suns won and that saved the night. We have four games on the schedule for tonight; 2 in the East and 2 in West.

We split our 2 Best Bets yesterday as the Heat lost a 1-point battle to the Hawks, while the Suns narrowly beat the Pelicans. Our Best Bet of the Day record now stands at 83-38 in 2022.

We went 1-2 betting the MoneyLine lowering the overall record to 451-222 since Jan.1st.

Let’s check out the two Western conference games for tonight, and see if we can get lucky in our betting on Earth Day.

*PAPA DUDES BEST BET* Memphis (-3) at Minnesota Memphis leads the series 2-1: We head into game 4 of this series after Minnesota completely collapsed and blew a huge lead on Thursday night. Obviously, the Grizzlies should be given their share of credit for the comeback, but Minnesota just blew it. It is hard to imagine the T-Wolves being able to respond in a positive way, but I think more importantly, Memphis is going to play a helluva lot better than they did on Thursday night. The bottom line for me is the fact that the Grizzlies won that game while playing like total crap. Give me the Grizzlies all day long. PAPA DUDES BEST BET: Memphis -3

*PAPA DUDE UPSET SPECIAL* Dallas at Utah (-5.5): Dallas leads the series 2-1: I’m thinking this line is very wrong. The Mavericks have won 2 of the first three games and Luka Doncic hasn’t played at all. Now, all indications are he is going to play in this one. Why is Utah favored? I’m not seeing the logic of this line, but never underestimate the oddsmakers in Vegas. There are other reasons to be cautious as well. Sometimes when a star player returns to the lineup, the rest of his teammates let down some, figuring that the star is back and we won’t have to play as hard. I could see that happening tonight in this one. However, I think Dallas is damn good and the Jazz are struggling. I’m sticking with the Mavs. PAPA DUDES UPSET PICK: Dallas +5.5
