Tuesday night college basketball action features a Big Ten showdown between the Maryland Terrapins and the Wisconsin Badgers. These teams split a pair of meetings last season, although Wisconsin has taken six of the last ten in the series. Maryland fell to Iowa and the Badgers beat Penn State last time these two teams took the court. Tip-off is set for approximately 9:00 PM ET from the Kohl Center from the campus of Wisconsin for this contest.

Stats & Trends
- Trends provided by oddsshark.com
- Maryland is 2-5 ATS their last 7 games overall
- Wisconsin is 5-1 ATS their last 6 games overall
- Wisconsin is 4-1 ATS their last 5 home games versus Maryland
I am loving the home favorite in this Big Ten showdown Tuesday night. Neither of these teams have been playing the best of ball in their past few games, but I believe Wisconsin is the better team of these two. The Badgers only commit 10.9 turnovers per game while Maryland commits 12.9 of them. Wisconsin is also more efficient offensively as they shoot 43.4% from the floor with 33% from three while the Terrapins shoot only 41.4% from the field with 30.6% from deep. I believe that the Badgers have the tools to take care of business in this battle between two of the better teams in the conference.
